The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of YAY COMMS to potential partners. You are a natural connector who is passionate about helping brands scale globally through our unique cross-cultural services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and outreach to global brands looking to enter China, or Chinese brands looking to expand into the UK/Europe.
• Pitching: Support the leadership team in preparing pitch decks and presenting our services to prospective clients.
• Networking: Represent YAY COMMS at industry events and build a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
• CRM Management: Maintain and grow our client database, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales funnel.

Who you are:

• A “people person” with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• A self-starter who is comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building.
• Basic understanding of the marketing agency landscape.
