The Role

We are looking for a creative and culturally-savvy Bilingual Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences across different platforms, specifically Little Red Book (小红书) and Instagram. You will turn brand stories into “seed-planting” (种草) content that drives engagement and growth.

What this looks like in practice:

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and produce high-quality bilingual (English & Chinese) content, including copy, photography, and short-form video concepts.
• Platform Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of brand accounts on Little Red Book and Instagram, ensuring consistent tone of voice.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of digital trends in both the UK and China social media landscapes to keep our clients relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Strategy and Client Success teams to align content with broader marketing objectives.

Who you are:

• Native-level fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of the “Z-generation” culture and social media habits in both Western and Chinese markets.
• Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required).
