YAY COMMS is a cross-cultural communication agency based in London and Beijing. We specialise in helping global brands navigate the complexities of the Chinese market and assisting Chinese brands in building their presence internationally. We bridge the gap through creative storytelling, social media growth, and strategic consulting.

The Role

This is the perfect role for a social media enthusiast who lives on Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram. You will support our content team in executing daily posts and learning the ropes of international social media management.

Responsibilities:

• Content Assistance: Support the Content Creator in drafting captions, editing short videos (CapCut/VN), and selecting photos.
• Community Management: Monitor comments, answer DMs, and engage with followers to build a loyal community for our clients.
• Asset Organization: Help manage our visual library and ensure all brand assets are organized.
• Trend Hunting: Daily “scrolling” to identify the latest memes, music, and viral topics.

Who you are:

• A creative soul with a good eye for aesthetics (photography/layout).
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin).
• Eager to learn and not afraid to try new creative tools.
